V4 flooring is an engineered wood flooring option. This includes a solid top layer of wood ranging between 2.5-6mm thick, in order to preserve the appearance of a real hardwood floor. This top layer is backed by an engineered base layer of sustainable soft and hard woods.

The result is a durable flooring option that is quicker and easier to install and lighter in weight than real hardwood, whilst looking identical.

As V4 flooring comprises of a real wood surface layer, water left to stand for too long can have a damaging effect. We therefore recommend that you mop up any spillages quickly to reduce any risk of warping.

The type of finish you choose for your V4 flooring will largely determine how you go about maintaining it. Our team will be able to give you more accurate maintenance advice – contact us to find out more.
