Don't worry about getting your new carpet, flooring, bed or mattress home! We offer free local delivery from our stores for all products.
When will we deliver?
We can deliver 6 days a week!
We will be happy to arrange a delivery on a Saturday, when possible, if this works best for you. Please note that Saturday deliveries book up quickly and we don’t deliver on Sundays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to give you an exact time for your delivery, as this will depend on other deliveries on the day and the route taken. However, we can arrange for our drivers to give you a call on the day to provide an estimated delivery time. Please ask a member of staff for the relevant telephone number when you are booking your delivery, if this does not appear on your paperwork.
Once you have made a booking, you will receive an email confirming your date. We will also send a reminder email and text message 24 hours before your arranged delivery.
Who will make the delivery?
We employ a team of drivers who use our branded vehicles to make each delivery.
If you buy more than one product from us and request delivery for each product, we will do our best to deliver all items at the same time. If this isn’t possible, we will contact you to discuss alternative deliveries.
When your items arrive
When your items arrive, we can help you get them where you need them. Our staff members can place each item in the room of your choice if you ask them when they get to you. Please note, our drivers do not unpack or assemble items unless specified on your order paperwork. They are also unable to take rubbish away with them when delivering your goods.
Additional Services
If you are replacing an old mattress or bed frame, we also provide a disposal service as an additional paid service. This means our drivers will be able to remove your old items at the same time that they deliver the new ones, saving you the hassle of doing it yourself and creating space for your new items. Just let us know that you will need this as soon as possible.
