What is our Price Match Promise?

We know that getting the best deal is important for you. We aim to keep an eye on our prices, but if you receive a written price that is better than ours, get in touch, and we aim to match it or beat it.

How It Works

If you manage to find a bed or flooring product you are after elsewhere for cheaper, let us know so we can aim to match it or beat it.

Find a Lower Price - If you receive a written quote from another retailer that is lower than the quote we provided, or find a lower online price.
Contact Us - Reach out to our team by completing the form on this page with details of the quote or price. Include information about the product and service that were quoted for. Include a copy of the quote or a screenshot of the webpage using the ‘upload’ function.
Verification - We will verify the details and, where possible, adjust our price to better or match.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, you must meet the following criteria:

The product must be like for like - same brand, pattern and size
The competing offer must be from an authorised retailer
Prices should be either as a written quote or an online price
Prices would need to include VAT and delivery
End of line, discontinued and products in promotional periods may not be matched

Please note that for internet matches we reserve the right to maintain our original quote and not match some sites.
