Karndean flooring is a vinyl flooring product that consists of calcium carbonate (limestone) and polyvinyl chloride. It has a clear PVC embossed layer that acts as a protective coat.

Yes. We offer fully guaranteed fitting for all our flooring products, with subcontracted fitters; this means any installation issues can be resolved with us, rather than you having to chase the fitter.

With all our flooring, we suggest that you choose new underlay, as this will prolong the life of your Karndean floor. Not replacing the underlay is possible, but can lead to issues of wear over time.
Our fitters work to a strict schedule. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can occur on rare occasions: sometimes our fitters take longer than expected on jobs, which delays their later appointments. It’s unlikely that our fitters will be unable to make your appointment, but should the event occur, we will be in contact as soon as possible to explain and arrange an alternative time at your convenience.
If you think one of our fitters has damaged your property, we advise that you arrange an inspection from an independent flooring expert. In the unlikely event that an inspector identifies a problem, we would be more than happy to consider the findings.
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, it may have been discontinued. In this case, we can only apologise and offer you a free swap with an available style. Alternatively, we will simply issue a full refund.
The promotions that we offer online and across stores are constantly changing in order to offer great value across selections of products. Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders to apply discounts on Karndean flooring that wasn’t discounted when it was purchased.
All our Karndean flooring orders are produced to individual requirements, so if your order isn’t dispatched, we need to recover our cutting costs. There are occasions in which cancellation is not possible, so if you’re looking to cancel, please contact a member of the team.
